Unique Collaboration between Reiki and Sound

Many of you have enjoyed a sound bath experience and felt the difference after you left. Some of you have also thought about or have actually had a Reiki session. Now imagine yourself having a sound bath experience while receiving hands on Reiki.

That is what this experience is all about. Cesar and Emma will work together to create a sacred space with the use of Usui Reiki, inviting all participants to be enveloped with this healing energy. Once we begin, Cesar will be guiding you through a short meditation and he will begin to sound the crystal singing bowl to take you on your journey. During your journey, Emma will be passing by and give each participant Hands n Reiki. You will receive the healing benefits of both modalities giving you an unique healing experience.

* If you prefer not to have Emma place her hands on you, please let us know and she will beam Reiki from a distance. Hands on Reiki feels more soothing to the senses but both methods are just a equally and effective.

We will begin our blindfolded journey with a beautiful mind-training session involving Yin Yoga and sound dissonance using crystal bowls. The intention of this portion of our offering is to bring to the surface the tension being held by the mind and body.

From there we will begin the melt!!! We will transition to blindfolded restorative yoga accompanied by harmonizing and etheric crystal bowl sounds to bring the being into a state of deep relaxation. You will finish your session feeling much lighter and in greater alignment within yourself.
