Crystal Healing 101
All you need to know for crystal healing session, crystal grids and crystal coaching.
During a Crystal Healing session we will go over some goals or blockages that you want help with. If you don’t have a particular issue to work on, I can work on cleansing your energy centers, or chakras, and focus on positive affirmations.
What happens in a session?
We will meet and have about 15-20mins to discuss your concerns.
You will lay on the table; and I will choose specific crystals to use during your session.
I will begin by guiding you into a meditative state to facilitate the work with the crystals.
I will activate your column of energy to help with the flow of the energetic work with the crystals.
I will check your energy centers, or chakras, and place crystals on them to help them rebalance.
I will then remove the crystals and recheck the energy centers and retreat if needed.
I will next place the crystals that I chose for you as a layout on your body.
As time finishes, I will remove the crystals and begin to bring you back into awareness.
I will answer any questions that may have come up and remind you to drink water.
We will conclude our session and I will follow up with you to see if you have any additional concerns.
I recommend crystal healing for anyone that wants to have an encouraging, relaxing and transformational experience. Crystals can help you in every facet of your life and can bring you peace and comfort. They are tools for improvement, for understanding, and for enlightenment.

Crystal Grids
If you haven’t read my section on Crystal Healing. I recommend that you read it to learn how crystals work.
Crystals can help us in many many ways. One way that we can use crystals is in Crystal Grids. You might be wondering what crystal grids are? I like to think about them as a living prayer. When I create a crystal grid I set your intention in the center of the grid and place crystals around the intention in a geometric pattern. I will then activate the crystal grid with your intentions in mind and let the energies carry your intention into manifestation.
Crystals have a frequency that is never changing and always vibrating at the same rate. This frequency creates an energy torus that engulfs your intentions within the grid and sends the energies out into the universe to bring to fruition. The grid energies radiate the energy consistently which creates a temporary self-charging tool to aid you in your manifestation. The energy of the grid loses its power if not recharged with additional energy at least once a week.
Crystal Coaching Session
I am also happy to be able to provide clients with crystal prescriptions. You might wonder what that is?
A Crystal Coaching Sessions are like seeking consultation with a crystal expert that will provide you with specific information about certain crystals that can help you on your journey. As an Advanced Crystal Master I will also provide you with information on how to use, cleanse, and program the crystals I recommend for you. I can always answer any questions that you may have and I follow up with you after you receive your prescription for any additional questions of things that might have come up.
I also recommend adding essential oils that will help you amplify and magnify your intent.
